Baby boomers are changing the way we close out our lives. That includes a big shift from traditional memorial services to event that are more festive. We all know burials with a concrete vault and embalmed body are hard on the environment, but cremation is not a great option either because of toxins that are released into the atmosphere and the amount of energy cremation requires.
